The main problem our app is trying to fix is the ability to make it easier for your average person to be able to find an affordable house or apartment in your price range. According to multiple sources, you should spend a maximum amount of 30% of your monthly income.
To use this app enter Information like your annual income & your address. Once the information is in the app will run a search to find houses for rent or for sale around the set area based on your address. You will be able to see the address, how much the rent will be & a picture of the house or apartment.
In the background the app will use your address input and income input and run them through an algorithm that compares the prices of houses or apartments near the selected address that was inputted with a mortgage or rent in the price range of your monthly income in integers.
